At Organic Amrut, we strive to provide high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Return Eligibility

Due to the nature of our product (consumable health supplement), we only accept returns under the following conditions:

The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery
The request is raised within 48 hours of delivery
The product is unused and in original packaging

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns in the following cases:

Opened or used products
Change of mind after delivery
Incorrect usage or handling
Delay in raising return request beyond 48 hours

3. Return Process

To request a return:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
Share your order details + clear photos/video of the issue
Our team will verify and approve the request

4. Refund Policy

Once your return is approved:

Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
Refund will be issued to the original payment method

For COD Orders:

Refund will be processed via bank transfer or UPI
You may be asked to share bank details securely

5. Replacement Policy

In case of damaged or defective products, we may offer:

Free replacement, or
Full refund, based on availability and customer preference

6. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible

7. Important Notes

Slight variation in product texture or color is natural and not considered a defect
We reserve the right to reject return requests that do not meet our policy conditions
